POSIDONIAS is a Cocktail & Bar located on the idyllic island of Formentera. An ideal space to disconnect and enjoy surrounded by your friends or family. It is named after the aquatic plant “Posidonia oceanica”, a protected species of considerable ecological importance from 1999.

Also it is considered a good bio-indicator of the quality of coastal marine waters.They fix CO2, and produce oxygen. They produce much of the sediment that is part of the sand on the beaches.

This naming comes from the english word “Vintage”, very related to the world of wine, since it alludes to the vintage in which it is made. In turn, it is a distributor of other wine references both national and international. Its wine comes from the best vines, with an age of 60 years. It is stored in French and American oak barrels for 24 months, which provides great quality and a particular flavor.
